I must run my V9 Pro with "Strong" suction. My Android app says that's what it's using, but in fact it always starts in "Normal." To get "strong," I have to set it to something else and then back to "strong." This keeps me from scheduling any automatic runs, as I have to be there to adjust suction. I don't belive this is the way it's supposed to work. What can I do? Yes, firmware is up to date. 

I have an ILIFE L100 robot and the ILIFEHOME app (ver: 3.1.57). On average once every 2-3 weeks I have to create a new map from scratch because the maps delete themselves.

Open the Amazon Alexa app, go to the menu and select Skills & Games. Or go to the Alexa Skills store on the Amazon website. Search for "Tuya". Select the Tuya Smart or  Smart Life to open the detail page, then select the Enable Skill option. Once enabled, you can ask Alexa to control your robot.
